MultiPlan, PHCS and Beech Street network update

Please use this link to read the letter we have mailed to all of our patients with MultiPlan, PHCS and Beech Street insurance.

As of September 1, 2011 we will no longer be "in-network" for MultiPlan, PHCS and Beech Street.

We are contracted with many other medical insurance plans currently offered by employers.  For a listing, please see our Insurance page.
