Prescription Refill Policy
Important Information Regarding Prescription Refills
Please have your prescriptions refilled during regular office hours. Simply call your pharmacy and give your prescription number and the pharmacist will then send the refill request to us, preferably electronically. Refill requests that are made via a pharmacy mobile app or web browser are not forwarded to us electronically and therefore will not be processed properly. If you do not wish to contact your pharmacy, then please call us.
Please try to do this 5 business days before you actually need the medication refilled. Refills will not be done after office hours.
You may be asked to have a follow-up appointment before a prescription is refilled.
